Milan-based artist Giovanni Cerri joins us for a conversation on how the pandemic affected his art, and what he has in store for his exhibition at the Museo Italo Americano in the Fall.

Giovanni Cerri was born in 1969 in Milan, where he lives and works. He began exhibiting in 1987 and since then has shown his work in Italy and abroad, in important cities like Berlin, Frankfurt, Cologne, Stuttgart, Copenhagen, Paris, Warsaw, Toronto, Rabat and Shanghai. His latest work, inspired by the current pandemic, will be displayed at the Museo Italo Americano in October, along with his father’s (Giancarlo Cerri) abstract paintings.

The conversation will be in Italian.
