At the Museo Italo Americano our customers’ satisfaction is our goal. When your order arrives please take the time to inspect your order. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service immediately at 415.673.2200 or by email at info@sfmuseo.org for further instructions.

Terms and conditions: If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your merchandise for an exchange or a refund within 30 days from when the Museo shipped the order. The Museo Italo Americano, in order to guarantee a refund, must have your original receipt with the purchase. Also note that the item must be returned in its original packaging and in new or unused condition. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The refund will be provided once we have received the product and verified its condition.  

Exception: Due to COVID-19 and the nature of face masks being worn on the face, we are not accepting any returns on these items. Once your purchase has been processed, we won’t be able to issue a refund or cancel the order.
